To create a Google Console account:
1.Go to the Google Cloud Console website (https://console.cloud.google.com/) and click the “Create account” button in the top right corner.
2.Follow the prompts to create a Google account if you don’t already have one.
3.Accept the terms of service and privacy policy.
4.Enter your billing information to set up your account. You will not be charged until you upgrade to a paid account or use paid services.
